How long does shipping take?

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days after processing.

How long does order processing take?

Most products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and handling before your order ships.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through the Track Order page or by using the tracking link sent to your email after shipment.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after your order has been shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may only be changed or cancelled within a short time after purchase. Once an order enters production or shipment, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because many products are made to order, we do not accept returns for wrong size, wrong item selection, or change of mind.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if your order has not entered production or shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on shipping to addresses within the United States.
