Many of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong item after production has started.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the damaged or defective item.
If you received the wrong item, wrong design, or incorrect size due to our error, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Orders may only be cancelled within a short time after purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipment, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items.
Replacement orders will be shipped to the original shipping address unless otherwise approved by our support team.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building management first.
